About

A designer who treats craft as a habit, not a phase

Nine years building software for healthcare, travel, fintech, and consumer teams. Research-led, prototype-driven, and fluent in design systems and product writing.

Biography

I am Tauhid Sajib, a product designer with nine years building software for healthcare, travel, fintech, and consumer teams. I started in a product studio in Lisbon, shipped my first MVP a month in, and have spent every year since trying to make complex products feel calm.

Today I lead design at Helix Health, where I rebuilt clinician onboarding and founded the shared design system. Before that I designed the traveler planning canvas at Atlas, the billing and retention surfaces at Monolith, and the reading experience at Fern.

I work best on fuzzy, high-stakes problems where the path is not obvious. I run my own research, write my own copy, and prototype in code when the question demands it. I mentor four designers and believe the best design work is quiet, fast, and defensible.

Design philosophy & working style

I design the connective tissue of a product: the onboarding, the empty states, the recovery flows, the moments people do not screenshot. These are the places where trust is quietly built or quietly lost.

My approach is research-led and prototype-driven. I believe the smallest prototype that answers the biggest question is worth more than the most polished one that answers none. I write my own copy because the words on a button are a design decision.

I work calm. I prefer one well-scoped problem to five open ones. I document decisions so a teammate can understand them six months later. I measure success in behavior, not in deliverables.
